Charity Card Exchange is a nonprofit organization that collects donated Pokémon cards, finds out what they’re worth, sells the cards, and donates all the money to charities that help kids and families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We believe every card has the power to make a change in the world!

Hi! My name is Carter, and I’m 12 years old. I recently found out that I have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which means my brain works a little differently. Sometimes, I have difficulties trying new things and I have challenges keeping my emotions under control. But I have something super special: I am really, really good at trading and selling Pokémon cards! I know all the sets, the rare ones, the values, and even the fun stories behind them. Pokémon helped me make friends and feel proud of something I know a lot about.
I came up with this idea one day when my dad was driving me to visit a new school. I was so nervous about going to the school that I was trying to keep my mind occupied on fun things that I love. I started to think about how I could use my Pokémon knowledge to help others, especially kids and families who might need a little extra support, just like I do. And that’s what led to my idea to start the Charity Card Exchange.

Charity Card Exchange makes it super easy for anyone to donate their Pokémon cards and turn them into good deeds! Here’s how we help:

Fill out our online form and mail your Pokémon cards to Charity Card Exchange.
We carefully check each card, look up what they are worth, and add up the total value.
We send you a receipt summarizing what you donated, with information that can help you determine the value so you (or your parents) can save on taxes.
We list the cards for sale to collectors, fans, and families who want to build their collections and help charity at the same time.
Every single dollar we make from selling the cards goes to awesome charities that support kids and families—especially those who are autistic or have other challenges.
We’ll keep you updated on how much you helped raise, the projects we funded, and the cool stories behind the donations!
Please reach us at info@charitycardexchange.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you don't have any old Pokémon cards to donate, you can purchase and send new sealed Pokémon packs. We take any type of Pokémon product, new or old! You can also send in monetary donations to help us offset the costs of running the business.
At this time, we are only taking Pokémon cards as that is where we have expertise. As we grow, we may decide to expand into other collectible cards or sports cards, so hold on to those for now. You can sign up for our mailing list so we can let you know any future plans
We are planning to donate the proceeds to Autism-related charities. If you have specific charities in mind, we would love to hear your ideas. If you would like to designate your donation to a specific charity on our list, we will make that happen. Please indicate your preference when making your donation.
Your generous donations help us provide donations to Autism-related charities, helping millions of kids and families. Join us in making a difference in our community and beyond. Every contribution, no matter how small, can create a lasting impact.
It's easy to make a donation! All you have to do is package up your cards and send them to the address below. Please include your name, address, and email address so we know who they came from and where we can issue a receipt. You can also drop us an email to let us know they are on their way. Thank you for your generosity!
